Any imagery provided to the Client by Joni Kat Anderson is subject to the following usage and licensing terms, unless other licensing and usage has been agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Joni Kat Anderson (Photographer) grants a limited perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to the Client to use imagery for permitted purposes defined as:
- As part of Client’s commercial website
- In social media posts (not including Ad Buys)
- For interoffice communications
- To share with friends and family
Any additional usage, beyond the above stated usages, requires a prior written agreement in conjunction with a re-use fee on terms to be negotiated with Photographer. Such additional usages include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ad buys in social media or any other digital platformsÂ
- Ad buys in magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications
- Ad buys for video, broadcast, theatrical
- Brochures and Packaging
All photographs and rights, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of Joni Kat Anderson.
Client as well as associated agents and affiliates may not resell, redistribute, or assign or transfer any rights or licensing of images without express written permission from Photographer.
Use for derivative works, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Imagery may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Imagery may not be made available for download.
